Airport Scenes

It's 5'50 in the morning & I'm awake, shocking bt yaa I had to get up anyway to catch my flight at 10'50.

We left our house at 7:15ish, my dad was gonna drop us in his car at the airport and then he had to go to the office. A road without traffic in Mumbai is hard to find but we had our luck, we got a road with much less traffic. By 8'30 we were in the queue for checking in our luggage and in the same queue I saw a television celebrity (though didn't got an opportunity to click a picture with her). After we were done getting our boarding pass, we went for security check & a bit strange thing happened. I was in the line for security check in when the lady(security checker) told me to remove my shoes and jacket as well and put it for scanning (so the strange thing which I felt was that shoe scanning is usually done in international flights also no one except me were to do so. Though I didn't argued, I mean they were doing their work but I did felt strange)
All this took almost half an hour so now it was 9'10. Now we were proceeding towards our gate but on the way there was like a place which I thought I could get a nice Polaroid pic using Instax Mini 8 .

I have uploaded a picture which I've taken there. The same pic is taken on my polaroid cam as well. 


The small photo session took almost 20 mins. Now we were seated on the waiting chairs in front of our gate 27. Time spent we ate some bread butter which we had bought from home also we took a coffee at Cafe coffee day there.
At 10'40 maybe we were in the airplane, I got my window seat (The time when we got our boarding pass I thought we didn't got the window seat bt fortunately I was now sitting on my window seat). It took good 10 mins to fly in the air.



The beautiful view from the airplane window with the songs playing on wireless headphones and my airplane pillow was a great combination.

We landed up a few mins early, hopped into the airport bus & arrived at the Delhi airport. By 1'20, we were done collecting our luggage from the luggage belt. Till 1'45 we were still in the airport because my cousin brother who was picking up us hadn't arrived.

Till 2pm we were in his car, we were heading to home but before that we needed to pick my sister from Connaught place(CP).

It was my first time visit to CP. I have heard this place name before in novels, YouTube etc., I always wanted to have a picture there. We had parked our car in the inner circle of CP because my sister would take time to arrive so we thought let's roam around. We walked through the streets of CP. It had variety of stores right from branded clothings, shoes, eateries to various street seller selling books, keychains, purses, clothes & stuff. I got to click only a single pic there.

After strolling almost for an hour or so my sister arrived & all 4 of us were hungry so we ended up at Subway, filling our stomachs. Now while returning back to the parking area, we saw a colorful painted wall, so we ended up taking few photos there too.

It took us almost one & half hour to reach home. It was a nice journey to home with greenery around. It was already 6'40 in the evening when we reached home. My legs were paining due to the boots I wore the whole day but here I'm excited for sharing further stories from this trip to Delhi with you all, so stay tuned.
